I created The Preparedness Collective because I know what it feels like to move through the world aware, cautious, and tired of second guessing yourself.

My work is shaped by 10 years in the Army, 8 years in law enforcement, corporate workplace safety leadership, and my own lived experience as a trauma survivor and LGBTQ+ woman.

I do not teach fear. I teach structure, awareness, and practical decision-making so women and LGBTQ+ people can feel more grounded in public, at work, while traveling, and in everyday life.
