Coach, Speaker, Author, Entrepreneur, and former Navy Chief dedicated to empowering individuals through mental performance, mindset training, and leadership excellence. With over 25 years of experience leading in the military, sports, and business, I bring a unique combination of discipline, psychology, and entrepreneurial vision to help athletes, executives, and high-performing individuals reach their full potential.

My career began in the United States Navy, where I rose to the rank of Chief Petty Officer during a 17-year career. While serving, I pursued and completed my formal education, achieving both a BS and a Master’s degree focused on psychology, child development, and juvenile policy development. This academic work combined with leadership experience managing teams of more than 150 individuals shaped the framework that drives my work today: intentional effort, leading by example, and consistency over time. All while turning challenges into opportunities. The Navy instilled discipline, resilience, and accountability that remain the core principles behind everything I teach and build.

That foundation became the core of Lead Your Journey, a company I founded to develop leaders in athletics, business, and life. Through mindset training, leadership development, and the 60 for Me Framework, I teach individuals to dedicate one intentional hour each day to growth across their Mind, Body, Relationships, Finances or athletics (players) and their Faith. These principles are designed to help athletes, parents, coaches, executives, and entrepreneurs develop stronger habits, clearer focus, and a mindset capable of performing under pressure.

In the sports world, I serve as the CEO and director of Florida Premier Girls Fastpitch (FL PGF), where I create competitive platforms for athletes to showcase their abilities, compete at a high level, and prepare for college recruitment. My work within softball focuses on more than skill development. It emphasizes building confidence, resilience, accountability, and leadership in young athletes while supporting parents and coaches in creating healthy, competitive environments that prepare players for success both on and off the field.

Beyond athletics, I have built a track record as an entrepreneur. I have founded and scaled multiple businesses across sports, performance development, hospitality, and creative production. One of those ventures, Capital Tacos, was grown, rebranded, and ultimately transitioned to new ownership. This exit marked a milestone in my entrepreneurial journey, demonstrating my ability not only to launch and grow companies but also to scale them and position them for successful transition.

Most recently, I founded Clutch Creative Works, a custom apparel and creative production company focused on premium custom hats, laser-engraved leather patches, branded apparel, and custom merchandise for businesses, teams, and organizations. Through Clutch Creative Works, we produce signature hats, laser engraving, custom apparel, and branded products designed to help companies and teams represent their identity with high-quality, professionally crafted gear.

Today, I continue expanding Lead Your Journey while driving growth in FL PGF and building Clutch Creative Works into a creative production brand serving businesses and teams. Across these ventures, my work focuses on leadership development, mindset training, entrepreneurship, and building scalable systems that create opportunity for athletes, leaders, and organizations.

Everything I do—whether coaching athletes, mentoring entrepreneurs, training executives, organizing competitive sports platforms, or building companies—comes down to leadership and mindset. Success is never about talent alone; it is about discipline, resilience, and intentional effort. My mission is to help people recognize their potential, equip them with tools to lead, and guide them as they scale success across every arena of life.
