Meet Roberto | Tech Confidence Coach

Hi, I’m Roberto!

I’m a people-first IT specialist and Tech Confidence Coach with over 25 years of experience helping people navigate technology.

But here’s what I’ve learned: sometimes the biggest breakthrough isn’t fixing the technology. It’s discovering what you’re capable of.

I love listening to people’s stories, understanding their frustrations, and helping them turn those moments into curiosity and confidence.

My favorite part? That moment when someone says, “Wait, I can do that?”

That’s when the magic happens!

I don’t just want to solve your tech problems. I want you to feel confident exploring, learning, and figuring things out on your own.

Because I believe technology is a language of connection, and everyone deserves to speak it with confidence.

So, tell me: What’s one thing about technology you’ve always wanted to feel more confident doing?
