What to expect:
This phase finalizes your systems and ensures data is flowing where it should. We’ll assist with CRM setup and run test scenarios ahead of your first event.

- Connect your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or other)
- Test field mappings and lead syncing
- Review final checklist and prepare for event execution
- Bulk upload or sync users
- Assign templates, campaigns, and subteams

With your structure in place, we’ll help you train your team on how to capture leads on-site.
